Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in Ontario, Canada.

This is a full-time, part-time, or contractor position that offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organization with a strong focus on community-based care.

The ideal candidate will have an Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent and experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community-based role.

About Rehab First Inc.

Rehab First Inc. is one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, with approximately 120 professional staff supported by our MED_Net roster and administrative team.

We provide assessment and treatment services to clients in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality treatment to clients in the clinic, community, home, or workplace
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as part of our multidisciplinary team
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience working in a health care setting, ideally in a community-based role
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Health Care Consent Act and Mental Health Act
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
