About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance and administrative services team. This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance and repair of our facilities' machinery, equipment, and systems. They will also oversee administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Direct the maintenance and repair of our facilities' machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and resolve product and service-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
