About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Communication: Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Work Environment:

Our Housekeeping Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and be able to work independently.
