Housekeeping Attendant Position at Foxwood Inn & Suites
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and disinfecting guest rooms, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Changing linens and towels
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Providing basic information on facilities and amenities to guests
- Addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
Work Environment:
The Housekeeping Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
