We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Law Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates in Vaughan, Ontario. As a key member of our law firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting with commercial and residential purchase, sale, and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting documentation and correspondence directly with clients and other lawyer's offices
- Performing sub-searches of title and off-title searches
- Assisting with registration of plans of subdivision and other land development matters
- Preparing various documents in Teraview, including Transfers, Charges, Easements, Notices, Discharges, etc.
- Preparing reporting letters and accounts to clients
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Drafting closing documentation for commercial and residential purchase, sale, and financing transactions
- Diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent years of experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in a Commercial or Residential Real Estate Law practice
- Proficiency with PC Law, Microsoft Office Suite, Teraview, and Conveyancer
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple files
A generous salary of approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with benefits, is being offered.
