Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be remunerated according to the Fee-for-Service model. This position offers a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $400,000 annually, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge. As a member of our department, you will participate in the Addiction & Mental Health call schedule and establish a Psychiatry practice in the community.

  • Establish and maintain a Psychiatry practice in the community of Lethbridge;
  • Obtain and maintain AHS Medical Staff Appointment and appropriate privileges;
  • Abide by the AHS Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and AHS Policies;

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide quality care to patients and contribute to quality improvement programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Psychiatry;
  • Certification or additional training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
