Culinary Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Chopped Leaf. As a key member of our food service operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
