About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SMC AUTO PART INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, providing a clear picture of our operations.

Coordinate Supply Chain Activities

Work closely with our suppliers and partners to coordinate the flow of supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.

Procure Materials and Equipment

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, taking into account our inventory levels and budget constraints.

Communicate with Remote Teams

Effectively communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of our logistics operations.

Track Shipments

Monitor and track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.

Stay Compliant with Regulations

Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Coordinate Vehicle Operations

Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.

Oversee Logistics Operations

Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
