Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quiznos. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Physical demands of the job require a high level of energy and stamina
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
