About the Role

Hill Knowlton Strategies Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Creative Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our Innovation and Creativity Hub, you will play a critical role in helping us become a leading creative, strategic, and innovation hub for our clients and broader network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Lead research and data analytics efforts to provide insights and inform creative decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the creative offering.
  • Represent the creative strategy function as a spokesperson for innovation in client work and within H K.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12 years of agency experience with a proven track record of success in leading brand planning/creative strategy for integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to understand and interpret research data analytics to determine key audience insights and develop sound business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on entrepreneurial thinking, mentoring, and learning development.
  • Passion for the H K brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
