About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Sidon Holdings Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our kitchen operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze kitchen performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong background in culinary arts, preferably with a degree or certification in hospitality management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior kitchen leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
