Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at AppleOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as invoicing customers, answering phones, and maintaining office files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various office duties, including invoicing customers and answering phones
  • Process accounts payable and bank deposits
  • Maintain office files and supplies
  • Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Experience in the construction industry an asset
