Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Freedom Mobile Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and supporting a positive team environment that drives sales growth, improves customer satisfaction, and enhances overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to promote the store and its products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of progressive retail experience in a management role.
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset.
