Housekeeping Manager

MAPLE CREST INN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and efficient use of resources.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to perform tasks.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
