About the Role
As a Sales Floor Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, working with donors, and contributing to the success of our stores.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process donations, merchandise, and sales, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to drive sales and maximize store profitability.
