Our Business Model
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Floor Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will have the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness, work in a purpose-driven company, and invest in the career path interests of our people.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
