Job Title: Sales Associate - Eye Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient has a positive experience in our store.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring patients receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and providing expert advice on eyewear options.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales techniques and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask, with a flexible approach to a quickly changing environment.
