We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus commissions and bonuses.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Square One Shopping Centre. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent client experiences, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and results-oriented mindset
  • Develop and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates
  • Drive sales personally and through the team
  • Provide input on client relationship strategies and assist in aligning the team on driving sales
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor in results-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with retail systems and office programs, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends
