Senior Quality Assurance Developer

About the Role:
Trend Micro, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Developer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
- Create and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure for efficient and effective testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring their successful resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
- Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of servers, services, and microservices in both Public and Private Cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support and debug customer-reported issues and internally created service incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including DevOps practices, testing, and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance adherence within a cloud environment.
