Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in Lloydminster, Alberta. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week, including some weekends. The successful candidate will work closely with our pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceed patients' expectations.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include providing patient counselling and education, initiating care plans, following up, and completing proper documentation. You will also participate in professional programs, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure prescription safety. Additionally, you will thoroughly understand all relevant corporate pharmacy service offerings/programs and provide each customer/patient with the program that meets their health care needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution, be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility, and possess injection and first aid certification. Kroll software experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and expertise and become an integral part of our team.
