- Provide timely and effective telephonic assessments and interventions, utilizing a solution-focused approach to support clients in crisis.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to identify and achieve their goals.
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments, risk assessments, and crisis interventions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
- Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, with registration in good standing with a relevant governing body.
- 2-3 years' clinical experience in mental health and addiction services, with a focus on solution-oriented and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work with diverse client populations.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
