We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals, where you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and abilities, with a focus on leadership and operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of team members, with a focus on employee recognition and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus, with a focus on leadership and operations, and previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members, and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and a positive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
