Brandt Group is a leading organization seeking a highly skilled Pension & Benefits Manager. This role requires dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the company's pension and benefit programs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage pension and benefit programs for all groups across the Brandt network, including evaluation, market review, program design, and administration.
- Design operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity, and ensure benefit plans are administered according to plan provisions and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of benefits data by developing recordkeeping systems, preparing, and distributing benefit reports.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy of benefits-related data.
- Support senior management in decision-making processes by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs and opportunities.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate service delivery and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to pension and benefit programs and recommend necessary modifications as required.
- Collaborate with reporting staff on selection, development, coaching, performance management, assignment/review work, and other people management practices.
