Forestry Specialist

Cohen & Master Tree and Shrub Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Forestry Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our trees and shrubs through various treatment methods.

• Treatment and Pruning: Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas to maintain the health and appearance of our trees and shrubs.
• Tree Planting and Moving: Plant and move trees with precision and care to ensure optimal growth and development.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate mobile cranes and other equipment to facilitate tree care and maintenance tasks.

As a Forestry Specialist, you will work at heights, outdoors, and in various locations, including landscape contractor sites. You will be expected to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding conditions, and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and client focus.

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's license is required for transportation and travel purposes.
