Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at SOUTHVIEW TRUCKING LTD. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, including fuel injection systems, exhaust systems, and cooling systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose and repair problems with hydraulic-operated working attachments, compressors, pumps, and electric generators.
- Work on mechanical transmissions, drive trains, and final drives.
- Repair and maintain diesel-powered equipment, including tractors, trucks, and farm equipment.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
