We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Titan Excavating & Demolition Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Mountain Driving Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in driving on mountainous terrain, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Workplace Information: On-the-road job, permanent position, 40-70 hours per week, English language.
