Crisis Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced crisis management specialist to provide workplace trauma response and organizational crisis management services on an occasional, contract basis. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of workplace crisis management experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to requests to deliver on-site CMS services in a timely, clinically appropriate, and professional manner. They will also deliver on-site crisis management services, including individual and group crisis interventions, debriefings, and corporate client consultation.

We are looking for a candidate with formal training in trauma response, psychological first aid, and critical incident response, as well as registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body. The ideal candidate will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with written and verbal French language fluency being an asset.
