Financial Records Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Financial Records Clerk to join our team at Amplitude Development Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have experience with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including general ledgers and financial statements.
Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Maintain financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Ability to work on site.
