Job Description
The NPI Engineering Leader will be responsible for introducing new hardware products into production. This role involves working with the engineering and operations teams to execute NPI deliverables, providing leadership in defining and communicating operations requirements, and managing manufacturing strategy documents.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine vision, image sensors, frame grabbers, and associated software. They should also have experience in process development as it relates to new product introduction and quantitative analysis for new products.
This is a hands-on NPI Engineering role with possible supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with multi-disciplinary groups and have a proven track record of project management.
