Position Overview:

BinSentry is looking for a Technical Product Manager to support the growth and success of our flagship feed monitoring product. The Technical Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales, to deliver a product that exceeds customer expectations. This role has a strong focus on data analysis and product design and requires adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights that guide feature prioritization and demonstrate the product's value to stakeholders.
  • Create and provide feedback on product designs.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality products and exceptional user experiences.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Conduct customer interviews and work with the sales and success teams to translate customer needs into features that drive value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product positioning and support product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a product-focused role.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience facilitating customer conversations.
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in Agriculture/AgTech is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

This is an in-office, 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) role based out of our HQ in Kitchener (Ontario) office.
