We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Dayforce Canada Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project management and planning, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based systems, human resources software, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Professionalism in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
