Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and recommending necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient repairs.
- Prepare and update repair orders, ensuring all relevant details are documented.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise estimates and explanations.
- Perform road tests to assess customer concerns and ensure vehicle safety.
- Meet or exceed departmental repair order production standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- 1-3 years of service advisor experience preferred.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to customers.
- Strong computer skills and good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
