About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Poultry Farm Worker to join our team at RPS Hawk Inc. as a key member of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Care: Handle and monitor the health of poultry, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Farm Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and loaders.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Environmental Control: Set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.
  • Equipment Operation: Use tractors and loaders to maintain farm equipment and perform tasks.
  • Transportation: Utilize a vehicle supplied by the employer for transportation to and from work sites.
Work Environment

The Poultry Farm Worker will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, heat, and odors. The role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and bending.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in confined spaces, and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
