Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our sales team, driving business growth and performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and improved market share.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
