Job Description- The Director, Pharmacy Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing national pharmacy strategies to drive revenue, improve margin, and reduce risk.
- This role requires strong data and analytical skills, financial acumen, and market insights to drive strategic pricing at a molecule and program level.
- The Director must have the ability to develop strong client relationships with key partners such as Payors, Pharma manufacturers, and Providers.
- 3+ years in profit and loss management.
- Experience with Payor, Health and Drug benefit programs including Preferred Provider Network (PPNs), Patient support programs (PSPs), copay programs, case management and/or reimbursement programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
