Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Software Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting high-quality software solutions for cloud-native environments. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closely collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, UX designers, and other engineers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  2. Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software applications using best practices and industry standards.
  3. Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and documentation practices.
  5. Write non-application code, such as infrastructure as code, unit tests, metrics, monitoring, alarms, etc.
  6. Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality.
  7. Participate in on-call rotations to support and debug customer-reported issues as well as internally created service incidents.

Qualifications:

  • At least four years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Go, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex application development, debugging, analysis, and optimization.
  • At least two years of experience building scalable, performant applications in cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
