### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team at the Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal programs and contributing to the success of our client organizations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional organizational, administrative, and creative skills to ensure efficiency and rapid response in supporting our internal programs
* Maintain data, create reports, and keep the team on track using your technical expertise
* Carry out administrative and other tasks with dynamism and great energy, demonstrating a winning attitude
* Educate and support our internal program units, understanding your role in the success of our client organizations
* Work in a fast-paced environment, applying your keen eye for details and taking the initiative to fix quality issues
* Build authentic and enduring relationships with staff, partners, validators, and amplifiers

### Requirements

* College or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
* French-English bilingualism is essential
* Familiarity with healthcare quality, particularly in Quebec
