Join Our Team as a Full Time Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Time Associate to join our team at the Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a Full Time Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our internal programs and contributing to the success of our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and technical support to our internal programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with staff, partners, and validators to achieve project goals
  • Manage projects, gather information, and format reports
  • Contribute to the culture of our workplace as a flexible team player
Requirements:
  • College or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • French-English bilingualism is a key asset
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality, particularly in Quebec
