We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will provide exceptional support to our Investment Advisors and other branch staff, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of administrative services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to Investment Advisors, including preparation of documentation and updates for client meetings.
- Prepare reports for analysis of client accounts, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and compiling client information packages, maintaining marketing materials and mail outs via Marketing Express.
- Familiarize yourself with compliance requirements and adhere to policies and procedures, including new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.
- Deliver exceptional client service, responding to client requests via phone and email based on knowledge of full-service brokerage.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and manage workload, meeting SLA requirements for service and productivity.
- Protect the interests of the bank, identifying and managing risks, and escalating non-standard, high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Conduct reporting and analysis, using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of programs and policies.
- Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
- Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to become licensed with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6 months.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
