Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse locations in British Columbia. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, picking, storage, and distribution of materials across all warehouse locations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management for all windows, doors, building materials, and consumables.
- Schedule, train, and oversee the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
