Warehouse Inventory Lead

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in our leadership team, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and fleet oversight. Your ability to lead, organize, and implement best practices will directly impact the success of our installation teams and overall business performance.
This role requires regular travel to warehouse locations throughout British Columbia. Overnight stays may be required.
Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee receiving, picking, storage, and distribution of materials across all warehouse locations.
Ensure accurate inventory management for all windows, doors, building materials, and consumables.
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with our standards.
Schedule, train, and oversee the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.
Establish cross-training programs to ensure consistent operational coverage.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse staff.
Coach, guide, and provide performance feedback to drive efficiency and engagement.
Fleet & Equipment Oversight
Manage company fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, licensing, and CVSE compliance.
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
Oversee purchasing and vendor management for tools, equipment, and warehouse supplies.
Ensure full compliance with WorkSafe and provincial warehousing regulations.
Oversee security operations to safeguard inventory, equipment, and personnel.
Develop and present annual operating budgets for warehouse locations.
Ensure cost efficiency by optimizing purchasing and vendor relationships.
5+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment with supervisory responsibilities.
~ Ability to manage multiple warehouse locations and coordinate logistics effectively.
Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse best practices.
Experience overseeing warehouse equipment maintenance and fleet management.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel regularly to warehouse locations across British Columbia (overnight stays may be required).
