Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pacific Coast Community Resources. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in a home environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 care to clients with complex needs, including seizure disorders and developmental delays.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide basic life support as needed.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current registration with BCCNM.
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
