The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
This includes overseeing rent collections and financial reporting for managed properties.
The role also involves reconciling bank accounts, invoices, and financial records regularly.
Additionally, the candidate will support the implementation of automated financial processes to improve efficiency.
Bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, ledger entries, and reconciliations, are also part of the job.
Essential Duties:
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Oversee rent collections and financial reporting for managed properties
- Reconcile bank accounts, invoices, and financial records regularly
- Support the implementation of automated financial processes
- Perform bookkeeping duties
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or property management financial operations
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
