Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in a medium to large organization, preferably in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field (i.e. commerce, marketing, finance) preferably complemented with a graduate degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a proven track record of cultivating strong teams and a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
