The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement generative AI solutions that drive business value.
  2. Work with architects and platform engineers to build a high-performance environment for GenAI solution development and deployment.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.
  5. Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices within the GenAI engineering team, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of GenAI solutions.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the GenAI engineering team.
  7. Design, develop, and manage secure API solutions that can handle large concurrency while ensuring low latency.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks and propose robust solutions.
What We're Looking For
  1. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience in implementing and productionizing ML projects end-to-end, including MLOps and Model Marketplaces.
  3. Experience with leading GenAI/ML Solution Pods for production-ready AI applications.
  4. Experience with scaled-up release management for AI applications.
  5. Experience with building microservice-based architecture for GenAI solutions.
  6. Experience in working with large-scale data sources in complex environments, and implementing scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
  7. Expert knowledge in cloud platforms, especially Azure, in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment, and common tools in data science.
  8. Solid understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
  9. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners.
  10. Highly motivated and result-driven.
  11. Comfortable in handling changes and delivering results in complex situations.
  12. Forward-thinking individuals capable of making strategic long-term decisions, challenging others with substantiated evidence, and exhibiting excellent communication skills to influence other technical leaders effectively.
