The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer - GenAI, MLOps, LLMOps to join our team at Société Financière Manuvie. This role is responsible for developing innovative Generative AI solutions in collaboration with data science and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver business value.
  2. Work with architects and platform engineers to build a high-performance environment for GenAI solution development and deployment.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.
  5. Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices within the GenAI engineering team, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of GenAI solutions.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the GenAI engineering team.

Requirements

  1. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience in implementing and productionizing ML projects end-to-end, including MLOps and Model Marketplaces.
  3. Experience with building microservice-based architecture for GenAI solutions.
  4. Expert knowledge in cloud platforms, especially Azure, in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment.
  5. Solid understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
  6. Forward-thinking individuals capable of making strategic long-term decisions, challenging others with substantiated evidence, and exhibiting excellent communication skills.
