We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Ramp Attendant to join our team at North Star Air Ltd.

Job Summary

The Ramp Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft, passengers, and cargo. This includes driving and operating ramp-servicing vehicles and equipment, positioning passenger loading stairs and operating aircraft cargo doors, and unloading, sorting, and routing cargo and passenger baggage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate ramp-servicing vehicles and equipment
  • Position passenger loading stairs and operate aircraft cargo doors
  • Marshall or tow aircraft to gate positions
  • Unload, sort, and route cargo and passenger baggage
  • Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse
  • Clean and prepare aircraft interior for passengers and wash aircraft exterior
  • Operate forklift
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Work Environment

The Ramp Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
