Responsabilités

  • Requérir de la nourriture et des fournitures de cuisine
  • Préparer et cuire des repas complets ou des plats individuels et des aliments
  • Préparer des plats pour les clients avec des allergies ou des intolérances alimentaires
  • Inspecter les cuisines et les zones de service de nourriture
  • Nettoyer les cuisines et les zones de travail
  • Organiser des buffets et des banquets
  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports
Compétences requises
  • Expérience dans la cuisine de nourriture ethnique
  • Connaissance des techniques de cuisine et des méthodes de préparation
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de cuisine rapide et dynamique
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les collègues et les clients
