Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Humpty's Family Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
- Recommend menu items to customers and provide information about food and beverage options
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, and answering questions
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 30-40 hours per week
