We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Humpty's Family Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Recommend menu items to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
